How RESILIENT are you to BURNOUT?
Let's find out.

To achieve our goals, we need to be healthy, focused and effective. But that is often difficult when we feel lousy, tired, depleted or stressed out. The ultimate danger is that we get to a place where we ... just don't care anymore. Burnout.

Take the Burnout Resilience Zone Assessment below.

The Burnout Resilience Zone Assessment looks at whole-person health foundations such as sleep, nourishment, blood sugar stability, digestion, and stress recovery to show how resilient your system is under real life load. Resilience is your capacity to handle difficult things and keep going. The assessment takes about three minutes. Results are delivered by email. No numbers: just a color-coded zone and practical next steps.

What's this all about?

According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (nami.org), half (52%) of employees reported feeling burned out in the past year because of their job, and 37% reported feeling so overwhelmed it made it hard to do their job.

Most people do not wake up one morning burned out. Burnout usually develops quietly over time. Long workdays blend into family obligations. Sleep becomes lighter. Patience wears thin. The margin disappears slowly. For professionals who care deeply about their work and their families, this can be hard to notice until something feels off.

This assessment exists to help you notice earlier, while change is still possible and recovery is realistic.

This is not a stress quiz.

Many burnout tools focus only on workload or mindset. Those factors matter, but they are not the full picture.

The Burnout Resilience Zone Assessment looks at the foundations that determine how well your system can handle stress and recover afterward.

These Foundations include:

  • Nourishment and Hydration

  • Digestion and Absorption

  • Blood Sugar Stability

  • Stress Response Management

  • Sleep Quality and Quantity

When these foundations are supported, resilience improves. When they are strained, resilience declines.

How it works

Step 1:

Answer a short set of questions about stress, energy, sleep, and daily patterns.

Step 2:

Provide your name and email so that we can send you your results privately.

Receive an email with your Burnout Resilience Zone and practical guidance matched to your current state.

Please Note: the Zone you're in reflects how your system is responding right now. It does not define you.

FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

How long will the assessment take?

There are 12 multiple-choice questions. Most people complete it in about three minutes.

Why are the results sent by email?

Email allows us to deliver your results in a thoughtful and readable format. It also ensures you can return to them later.

Once you have my email address, what are you going to do with it?

We will keep your contact information and your responses strictly confidential. In addition to your initial results email, we would like to follow up with you further. You may opt out of future correspondence any time that you like.

Why a Zone instead of a score?

You learn which Burnout Resilience Zone you're currently in (with explanation and guidance) instead of a numerical score for several reasons. The goal is clarity and actionable information, not a grade or overly precise determination. Also, it helps to think of zones because we can (and do!) move between them, based on our choices, actions and conditions.

Is this a medical diagnosis?

NO. This is an educational self-assessment designed to increase awareness and support resilience through foundational patterns.

Who is this assessment useful for?

It is designed to be useful for working adults who care about their work, their families, and their long-term well-being.
